Thank you, Asiya. A good practice of a design thinker is to back up his design decisions based on the data that they collect. I learned that knowing the user’s goals and pain points helped me create the most effective flow that would make the experience of using an app more seamless then it is.
Then again, not all users will be happy with a new update but give it time, the app starts to grow on them. An example would be of Instagram — they have successfully released big additions to the app which people find it uncomfortable to use at first glance. Then they started adopting the features, that is when you know the designers have done a super job in creating navigations that gel well with the users.
